General Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Circuit high
  1. Circuit open or short to battery
  2. ATF temperature sensor
  3. PCM/TCM
Enable Conditions
  • Battery voltage > 10V
  • Time after TCU turns on > 0.5 sec.
Threshold Value
  • ATF temperature Sensor <-40°C(-6.2°F)
Diagnostic Time
  • More than 5sec.
Fail safe
  • ATF temperature fixed at 80°C(176°F)
  • Teaching/Fuzzy not allowed
