Monitor DTC Status

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Ignition ON (SSB LED "BLUE") & Vehicle "STOP".
  2. Connect GDS and select "DTC Analysis" mode.
  3. Click "DTC Status" on the menu bar to view DTC information.
  4. If P1C76 DTC is History fault, Clear the DTCs and Operate the vehicle within DTC Enable conditions - DTC is Active (Fig.1): Go to the "Freeze Frame" (Fig.1), confirm that "Information Code" (Fig.2).
  5. After check the "Information Code" (Fig.3), next step as indicated below.

    1. Perform resolver calibration after replacing a known-good Drive Motor

    1. Check Engine RPM (500 ~ 1500 RPM is normal at Idle state)
    2. Perform resolver calibration if engine RPM is normal"

    1. Check the auxiliary battery voltage
    2. Check MCU DTC and Perform resolver calibration.

    1. Check 3-phase high voltage cable
    2. Perform resolver calibration

    1. Check gear position (It should be at P, N position when performing resolver calibration)

    1. Check HCU, TCU DTC
    2. Perform resolver calibration if there is no DTC

    1. Check Engine RPM (500 ~ 1500 RPM is normal at Idle state)
    2. Perform resolver calibration if Engine RPM is normal

    2. Check HCU, MCU, BMS, LDC DTC3. Perform resolver calibration

    1. Check sec of high voltage battery (it should be over 30% when performing resolver calibration)

  6. Is parameter displayed "Active"?

    YES 

    • Repair according to the detailed description of Information Code.

    NO 

    • Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the sensor's and/or Control Module's connector or was repaired and Control Module's memory was not cleared. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
