General Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Voltage Range check
  1. Faulty Cooling System.
  2. Faulty Generator (HSG) Inverter Temperature sensor.
Enable Conditions
  • Ignition ON (SSB LED "BLUE")
  • Aux. Battery Voltage is between 9V and 16V
  • Failure not detected for DTCs
  • Generator (HSG) Temperature greater than 86°F (30°C)
Threshold Value
  • Output voltage greater than 4.85V
Diagnosis Time
  • 1sec
DTC
  • 2 Driving Cycle
MIL On Condition
  • 2 Driving Cycle
Service Lamp On Condition
  • 1 Driving Cycle
