Monitor Scantool Data

- Ignition ON/Hybrid Ready (Cluster Indicator "READY" On) Vehicle Parked.
- Connect GDS and select "Data Analysis" mode.
- Select "Current Data" mode and monitor "Motor Phase Current" parameter.
Specification:
- Is the measured data within specifications?
YES
- Check for poor connection between MCU and component: backed out terminal, improper mating, broken locks or poor terminal to wire connection. Repair as necessary and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- Check MCU for contamination, deterioration, or damage. Substitute with a known-good MCU and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace MCU and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
- After Component replacement Motor/HSG Resolver Calibration must be performed using the GDS.
