Monitor Scantool Data

Ignition ON/Hybrid Ready (Cluster Indicator "READY" On) Vehicle Parked.
Connect GDS and select "Data Analysis" mode.
Select "Current Data" mode and monitor "Drive Motor temperature" parameter.
Specification: - 4 ~ 390°F (-20 ~ 200°C)

(Fig.3) Check Driver Motor Temperature value changes as the Drive Motor Torque value goes up.
Check below parts if the current temperature value is abnormal condition.
Check below parts if the current temperature is not normal condition.
- Check poor connection of Drive Motor Temperature Sensor connector.
- Check oil in the Drive Motor inside shares A/T oil and amount of ATF.
- Check the tendency of temperature changes between ATF and Driver Motor is similar.
- Check the temperature is changing with vehicle driving.
- Go to Next procedure.
