Monitor GDS Data

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.

Set up 'GDS' with 'GDS TPMS'.
Select the "Sensor Status" mode of "Vehicle S/W Management" function.
Monitor the parameter related to 'Sensor 1' on the GDS.
Specification : 'Temperature' is Less than 115°C

Is parameter within specifications?
YES
- Fault is intermittent. It has been repaired and TPMS receiver module memory is not cleared yet.
  Go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- If the temperature of the sensor drops below 239°F (115°C), the DTC might be canceled.
  Check the surrounding temperature before replacing the TPMS sensor.
- If a vehicle drives with a damaged or a low pressured tire, this DTC could be set.
  Substitute with a known-good Tire and check for proper operation. If problem is corrected, replace Tire and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
