Power Circuit Inspection

■ Check for Short to Ground in Power Circuit

IG "OFF".
Disconnect NVLD connector.
IG "ON".
Measure voltage between NVLD Power terminal of the NVLD harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification: B+

Is voltage within the specification?
YES
- Test with a new NVLD and check for proper operation. If problem is corrected, replace NVLD and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- Repair as necessary and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
