- Vehicle speed is slower than 12km/h(7.5mph)
- Fuel level is lower than 85%
- Ambient pressure model is higher than 75kPa
- Battery voltage is higher than 10V
- Accel. pedal is not pushed
- Canister load is less than 1.5
- Lambda control active and Lambda set-point = 1
