Actuation Test

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.

Ignition ON (SSB LED "BLUE"). & Vehicle "STOP".
Connect GDS and select "HCU" System.
Ignition Key ON, EV READY & Engine OFF.
Perform Actuation Test after selecting "LDC Activation" in the "Vehicle SW Management" menu.
Check "LDC Reference Voltage" in the Current Data.
* Check whether The MCU, BMS and HCU is OK before Test.

Specification : Approx. 14.5V.

* Please wait for some seconds. It takes a couple of seconds to reach 14.5V.

Is the measured data within specifications?
YES
- Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the sensor's and/or Control Module's connector or was repaired and Control Module's memory was not cleared. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- Substitute with a known-good HPCU (LDC) and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace HPCU (LDC) and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
