Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
CASE1 DTC Strategy
  • Monitoring the output voltage of LDC
  1. Faulty LDC.
Enable conditions
  • Ignition ON (SSB LED "BLUE").
  • Aux. Battery Voltage is between 9V and 16V

Threshold value
  • The difference between the DC-DC converter desired output voltage and actual output voltage is 1 V or more for at least 10 seconds.

CASE2 DTC Strategy
  • Monitoring the output voltage of LDC

Threshold value
  • The input voltage of DC-DC converter is less than 100V.

CASE3 DTC Strategy
  • Monitoring the output current of LDC

Enable conditions
  • Ignition ON (SSB LED "BLUE").
  • Aux. Battery Voltage is between 9V and 16V

Threshold value
  • Detected that output and current is over the HW acceptable range (over 220A)
