Repair Procedures: Removal

Disconnect the battery negative terminal in the right side luggage trim.
Disconnect the EWP (Electric Water Pump) connector (A).

Loosen the drain plug (A), and drain the inverter coolant. Remove the inverter reservoir cap to help drain the coolant faster.

Disconnect the EWP inlet hose (A) and outlet hose (B).

Remove the head lamp (Refer to "HEAD LAMPS ").
Remove the EWP (Electric Water Pump) (A).
Tightening torque: 8.8 ~ 10.8 N.m (0.9 ~ 1.1 kgf.m, 6.5 ~ 8.0 lb-ft)

Installation is the reverse of removal.
Fill the radiator with coolant and check for leaks.
NOTE: Bleed air from the hybrid motor cooling system using GDS. (Refer to "COOLANT ")
