Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
Case 1 DTC Strategy
  • Check NVLD switch closing time since purge valve opening
  1. Fuel cap
  2. Hoses/Fuel inlet pipe
  3. Canister
  4. Fuel Tank
Enable Conditions
  • NVLD switch closed time during purge valve opening
Threshold Value
  • NVLD switch not closed for more than 30 sec
Diagnostic Time
  • 30 sec
Mil On Condition
  • 2 driving cycle
