General Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Noisy signal check
  1. Poor connection or damaged harness
  2. Faulty FTPS
Enable Conditions
  • Not active Canister Purge
  • Battery voltage is between 11V and 16V
  • Vehicle speed is 0mph
Threshold Value
  • Fuel Tank Pressure difference (Max.-Min.) higher than 1Kpa during 0.5sec
Diagnostic Time
  • 14 sec.
MIL On Condition
  • 2 Driving Cycles
