Measure voltage between power terminal of the PCSV harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification: Approx. 4~5V

YES
- Go to next step as below.
NO
- Check control circuit for open or short. Repair as necessary and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
