  1. Connect GDS to DLC.
  2. Check for PCM DTC(s).
  3. Clear any PCM DTC(s).
  4. If no PCM DTC(s), select the "Air Conditioner Pressure Sensor" parameter.
  5. Engine RUNNING: Watch for the A/C Pressure parameter to change while turning A/C ON and OFF.

  6. Is the Air Conditioner pressure sensor normal?

    YES 

    • Check that there is any CAN related DTC and then, repair or replace as necessary. Finally, check that is possible to clear this DTC
    • This is a intermittent problem caused by poor contact of Control Module
    • Thoroughly check the looseness, poor connection, bent, corrosion, contamination, deformation or damage of connector.
    • Repair or replace as necessary and then, go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.

    NO 

    • Check air conditioner pressure sensor, circuit, or related component. Repair or replace as necessary and then, go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
