Monitor GDS Data

■ Pressure Sensor Calibration

IG "ON", ENG "OFF".
Stand the vehicle on a flat ground without any inclination.
Don't press brake pedal.
Connect GDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
Perform Pressure Sensor Calibration. (Fig 1).

Is "Pressure Sensor Calibration" completed normally?
YES
- Go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- According to negative response from AHB, inspect wiring harness, BLS, etc.
- Substitute with a known-good AHB ECU and check for proper operation. If problem is corrected, replace AHB ECU and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
  NOTE:
  * In a case of replacing AHB, operate following functions
  1. "Brake Pedal Travel Sensor Calibration" for brake pedal travel sensor offset correction (refer to ID0014706">C1380 )
  2. "Pressure Sensor Calibration" for pressure sensor offset correction (refer to ID0014718">C1384 )
