Monitor GDS Data

■ Brake Pedal Travel Sensor Calibration 

1. IG "ON", ENG "OFF"..
2. Stand the vehicle on a flat ground without any inclination.
3. Don't press brake pedal.
4. Connect GDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
5. Perform Brake Pedal Travel Sensor Calibration. (Fig 1).

6. Is "Brake Pedal Travel Sensor Calibration" completed normally?

   YES 

   • Go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.

   NO 

   • According to negative response from AHB, inspect wiring harness, BLS, etc.
   • If above check is OK, substitute with a known-good brake pedal pressure sensor and check for proper operation. If problem is corrected, replace brake pedal pressure sensor and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure
