Signal Circuit Inspection

■ Short Check (to Ground)
- IG "OFF".
- Disconnect the Brake Pedal Travel sensor, HECU, AHB connectors.
- Measure resistance between PDT and PTF signal terminal of the Brake Pedal Travel sensor harness connector.
Specification: Approx. ∞ Ω
- Is the measured value within specifications?
YES
- Substitute with a known-good Brake Pedal Travel sensor and check for proper operation. If problem is corrected, replace Brake Pedal Travel sensor and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- Repair short between PDF and PDT signal lines and then, go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR "
