Repair Procedures: Replacement

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the intake air duct (A).

  3. Remove the intake air filter assembly (A).

  4. Disconnect the heater hose.

    (Refer to Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning - "HEATER UNIT ")

  5. Disconnect the connector (A) and then remove the heater hose pump (B).

  6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
