Using a GDS, Check DTC.
Using a GDS, Clear DTC.
Let LDWS system turn OFF, and then turn it ON, again.
Using a GDS, Check DTC present.
Are any DTC's present?
YES
- Substitute with a known-good SAS and check for proper operation. If problem is corrected, replace SAS and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- This fault may be intermittently caused by poor connection in the SAS or LDWS ECU. Go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
