DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check the installation angle or perform the calibration
  1. Abnormal BSD installation angle
  2. No execution of calibration
Enable Condition
  • IG ON
Threshold Value
  • Higher then 0.5 sec.
Detecting Time
  • No execution of calibration
  • When sensor installation angle is out of specification range. (correction angle: specification range plus or minus 5 degree).
Fail Safe
  • Inhibit BSD (Blind Spot Detection)
