Monitor GDS Data

  1. Connect GDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
  2. IGN "ON"
  3. Using GDS, check if there is an error in TCU system.

    If there is an error in TCU system, first do a troubleshooting for those system and then check BSD system.

  4. Are any DTC's present?

    YES 

    • Continue to next procedure.

    NO 

    • Fault is intermittent and caused either by poor contact in connectors or wiring harness, or it has been repaired and BSD ECU memory is not cleared yet. Thoroughly check all connectors (and connections) for looseness, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration and/or damage.
    • Repair or replace as necessary and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
