General Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check voltage
  1. Faulty Pressure-Side Impact (Passenger) Sensor circuit.
  2. Faulty Pressure-Side Impact (Passenger) Sensor.
  3. Check SRSCM.
Enable Conditions
  • Ignition "ON"
Threshold Value
  • PPSIS no acceleration data, and line voltage is OK (between 3V and 11V)
Diagnostic Time Qualification
  • More than 5ms (500μs x 10)
De-Qualification
  • More than 10ms (500μs x 20)
