General Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check Voltage
  1. Short to ground in DCAB harness.
  2. Poor connection of connected part.
  3. Poor connection between shorting bar and release pin.
  4. Faulty DCAB.
  5. Check SRSCM.
Enable Conditions
  • Ignition "ON"
Threshold Value
  • DCAB Squib line short to ground
  • Squib line voltage is < 1.3 kΩ (When Batt 7.4~18.7V)
Diagnostic Time Qualification
  • More than 3s (300ms x 10)
De-Qualification
  • More than 6s (300ms x 20)
