General Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check Voltage
  1. Short to power in PRSAB harness.
  2. Poor connection of connected part.
  3. Poor connection between shorting bar and release pin.
  4. Faulty PRSAB
  5. Check SRSCM.
Enable Conditions
  • Ignition "ON"
Threshold Value
  • PRSAB Squib line voltage is > 2.9V
Diagnostic Time Qualification
  • More than 3s (300ms x 10)
De-Qualification
  • More than 6s (300ms x 20)
