General Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check current (PWM type)
  1. Short circuit in squib harness.
  2. Check SRSCM
Enable Conditions
  • Ignition "ON"
Threshold Value
  • Squib lines are cross coupled
  • Make other line sink, and this line is cross coupled.
Diagnostic Time Qualification
  • More than 2s (200ms x 10)
De-Qualification
  • n.a.
