Monitor GDS Data

  1. Connect GDS to data link connector (DLC).
  2. Engine "ON".
  3. Monitor a DTC, if there is a DTC clear it and then check the warning lamp status.
  4. Select the Current data and Monitor status of "Front/Height Height Sensor"
    Specification  frequency  duty 
    600HZ ~ 1000HZ 5 ~ 95%
  5. Is the measured Current data within specifications?

    YES 

    • Fault is intermittent and caused either by poor contact in connectors or wiring harness, or it has been repaired and AFLS ECU memory is not cleared yet. Thoroughly check all connectors (and connections) for looseness, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, and/or damage.
    • Repair or replace as necessary and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
