Monitor GDS Data

  1. Connect GDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
  2. Engine "ON"
  3. Confirm the ECU type and then download to correct parameter.

    * REFERENCE* 

    Perform the initializing after replace "Height sensor"

    * Vehicle condition

    1. Park at lever land
    2. Vehicle speed ≤ 5km/h
    3. Engine r.p.m > 500rpm
    4. Connect GDS.
    5. CAN communication is normal status
    6. Battery voltage > 10.5V
    7. Headlamp S/W ON, AFLS ON

      (3) Clear "DTC"

      (4) Confirm the Headlamp movement through the Actuation Test

      Select the Parameter Download, refer to Fig 1.

      Parameter Download, refer to Fig 2.

      Parameter Download - Non Air Suspension 1st, refer to Fig 3.

      Parameter Download - Non Air Suspension 2nd, refer to Fig 4.

      Parameter Download - Air Suspension 1st, refer to Fig 5.

      Parameter Download - Air Suspension 2nd, refer to Fig 6.

      Parameter Download - Air Suspension 2nd, refer to Fig 7.

      Select the Calibration, refer to Fig 8.

      Calibration, refer to Fig 9.

      Actuation Test, refer to Fig 10.

      (5) Confirm the "DTC" and "Service data"

  4. Is parameter displayed within specifications?

    YES 

    NO 

    • Substitute with a known - good AFLS ECU and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace AFLS ECU and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
