Monitor GDS Data

  1. Connect GDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
  2. Engine start and drive the vehicle on the road.
  3. Substitute with a known - good AFLS ECU and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace AFLS ECU and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.

    Specification:  Be changed according to driving condition.

    Engine ON, 10MPH status after starting - AFLS Current Data(Vehicle Speed), refer to Fig 1.

  4. Is parameter displayed within specifications?

    YES 

    • Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the sensor's and/or AFLS ECU's connector or was repaired and AFLS ECU memory was not cleared. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
