Monitor GDS Data

  1. Connect GDS to data link connector (DLC).
  2. Engine "ON" and Head lamp "ON"
  3. Monitor the "Sensor angle front, Sensor angle rear" parameters on the GDS.

    Specification:  below -128 ~ +125 mm

    Engine "ON" - AFLS's current data(Sensor angle front and Sensor angle rear), refer to Fig 1.

  4. Is parameter displayed within specifications?

    YES 

    • Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the sensor's and/or ECU's connector or was repaired and ECU memory was not cleared. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
