Component inspection
- Connect GDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
- Engine "ON" and Head lamp "ON"
- Clear the DTC
- Ignition "OFF"
- Engine "ON" and Head lamp "ON"
- Connect scantool and select "Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs)" mode and Read "DTC Status" parameter.
- Is the DTC B1621 present?
YES
- Substitute with a known - good ECU and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace ECU and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the sensor's and/or AFLS ECU's connector or was repaired and AFLS ECU memory was not cleared. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
* REFERENCE*
Download correct parameter When ECU replace.
In case of not supplied to Air-suspension vehicle, perform the initialization after downloading correct parameter.
* Vehicle condition
- Park at lever land
- Vehicle speed ≤ 5km/h
- Engine r.p.m > 500rpm
- Connect GDS
- CAN communication is normal status
- Battery voltage > 10.5V
- Headlamp S/W ON, AFLS ON
