Repair Procedures: Inspection

  1. Remove the trunk room left side trim.

    (Refer to the "INTERIOR TRIM ")

  2. Open the fuel filler door and remove the housing (A).
    NOTE: Do not reuse the fuel filler door housing.

  3. Remove the fuel filler door release actuator (A) after loosening the mounting bolts.

  4. Disconnect the release actuator connector (A).

  5. Check for continuity between terminal No. 1 and No. 2.

    If there is no continuity, replace the fuel filler door opener.
