Monitor Scantool data

1. Connect scantool to Data Link Connector (DLC).
2. IGN "ON" & Engine "OFF"
3. Monitor the "KEY STATUS", "SMARTRA STATUS" and "ECU STATUS" Parameter on the Scantool.

Specification : 'LEARNT'
