Pedal Height (Pedal Applied)

NOTE: Specifications for this procedure, for Elantra, Santa Fe and XG350 models, are not provided by manufacturer.

Start engine. Apply brake pedal with 110 lbs. (50 kg) of force. Measure clearance between floor board and top of brake pedal. See BRAKE PEDAL ADJUSTMENT SPECIFICATIONS  table. If clearance does not meet specification, check brake adjustment, then check for air in system.
