Removal & Installation

  1. Raise and support vehicle. Remove caliper assembly. See REAR DISC BRAKE PADS  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Wire caliper assembly aside to prevent damage to brake hose.
  2. Remove set screw from rotor mounting face, and remove rotor from axle flange. Check rotor specifications. See appropriate table under DISC BRAKE SPECIFICATIONS  . To install rotor, reverse removal procedure. Tighten all fasteners to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  . Bleed brake system. See BLEEDING BRAKE SYSTEM  .
