Test No. 3: Abs Warning Light Does Not Illuminate: Condition

When current flows in the Hydraulic and Electronic Control Unit (HECU), ABS relay turns from On to Off as initial check. HECU illuminates ABS warning lamp, when ABS relay is off, even if there is a problem with circuit between ABS warning light and HECU. If ABS warning light does not illuminate, cause may be an open circuit in ABS warning light power supply circuit, a blown bulb, an open circuit in both circuits between ABS warning light and HECU and in circuit between ABS warning lamp and ABS relay. Possible causes are:
