EBD Warning Lamp

The active EBD warning lamp module indicates operating condition of the EBD. When parking brake switch is turned on, EBD warning lamp is always illuminated, regardless of EBD functions. EBD warning lamp is illuminated under following conditions:

When ignition switch is turned on, lamp illuminates for 3 seconds.
When Engine Control Module (ECM) is shut down even though ignition power is applied.
When parking brake switch is ON, or brake fluid level is low.
