DTC C1604: HECU Hardware Failure: Condition

EEPROM failure is recognized if when after master processor writes a pre-determined data to EEPROM the data is read and compared. DTC sets if data differs. ECU failure is recognized and DTC sets, when master/slave processor detects abnormal operation in RAM, status register, interrupter, A/D convertor or cycle time. Possible causes are:
