Hazard Warning Switch

Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove hazard switch. Disconnect hazard switch harness connector. Using an ohmmeter, check switch continuity in specified switch position, between indicated switch terminals. See Fig 1 or Fig 2 . See HAZARD WARNING SWITCH TEST table. Replace switch if continuity is not as specified.

⁽¹⁾	Switch terminals No. 2 and 3 are for illumination circuit. Continuity should exist in all switch positions.

⁽²⁾	Switch terminals No. 6 and 11 are for illumination circuit. Continuity should exist in all switch positions.
