Fuel Gauge Sending Unit (Sonata & Tiburon)

Remove fuel gauge sending unit from fuel tank. Measure resistance between fuel gauge sending unit terminals No. 1 and 3 with float in specified positions. See WIRING DIAGRAMS . See Figure. See FUEL GAUGE SENDING UNIT RESISTANCE (SONATA & TIBURON)  table. If fuel gauge sending unit resistance is as specified, go to next step. Replace fuel gauge sending unit if resistance is not as specified.
