Parking Brake Switch (XG300)

Disconnect parking brake switch harness connector located at top of parking brake foot lever. Check for continuity between parking brake switch terminal and switch body. Continuity should exist with parking brake applied (pedal depressed). Continuity should not exist with parking brake released. If continuity is not as specified, replace parking brake switch.
