Pedal Height (Brake Not Applied)

  1. Measure pedal height from surface of floor board to top of brake pedal. See Figure. See BRAKE PEDAL ADJUSTMENT SPECIFICATIONS  table.
  2. If pedal height is not to specification, back stoplight switch out until it does not contact pedal arm. Turn stoplight switch in until clearance between stoplight switch outer case and pedal arm is .02-.04" (.5-1.0 mm). Tighten lock nut. Recheck pedal height.
