Removal (Rotor Bolted Hub)

  1. Raise and support vehicle. Remove front wheel. Remove caliper assembly torque plate-to-steering knuckle bolts. Remove caliper assembly, and wire aside.
  2. Remove axle shaft hub nut. Using Rotor Puller (09526-11001), press axle shaft out of hub. Remove rotor and hub. See Fig 1. Check rotor specifications. See appropriate table under DISC BRAKE SPECIFICATIONS .
