Motor Runs, But Lid Does Not Move Or Moves Slowly

Check glass panel sliding resistance or interference of glass panel with drive cables or weatherstrip due to misadjustment of glass panel. See GLASS PANEL HEIGHT  under ADJUSTMENTS. Adjust as necessary. Check drive cable and guide rails for dirt and debris. Clean as necessary. Check for loose motor installation or damaged pinion. Repair or replace as necessary.
