Oil Pressure Switch

NOTE: If oil light is on when engine is running, check oil level and oil pressure before proceeding with this test.

Disconnect oil pressure sending unit harness connector. Check continuity between oil pressure sending unit terminal and ground. Ensure continuity exists with engine off. Continuity should not exist with engine running. Replace oil pressure switch if continuity is not as specified.
