Reducing Pressure Adjustment
- Drain transaxle and remove oil pan and filter. Turn adjusting screw on lower valve body to set pressure to standard value of 59-61 psi (4.1-4.3 kg/cm2 ). See Fig 1 .
- One complete turn clockwise decreases pressure by 4.3 psi (.3 kg/cm2 ). For each turn counterclockwise, pressure is increased by same value. Install components in reverse order of removal.
