Accelerator Switch

Switch is mounted on accelerator pedal linkage under dash. It is a contact type switch, which opens when throttle is depressed and closes when throttle is released. To control vehicle creep, transaxle is shifted into 2nd gear when throttle is at idle (closed accelerator switch). When throttle is depressed, accelerator switch opens, and TCU shifts transaxle into low gear.
