Diagnosis & Overhaul - Km175, Km176 & Km177: Identification
Transaxle identification number is stamped on transaxle case, forward of inhibitor switch on transaxle. See Fig 1 . First 3 digits of transaxle identification number, KM1, are not stamped on transaxle identification plate. To identify transaxle model, add KM1 to first 2 digits of number on transaxle identification plate. For example, if number on identification plate is 751AQM5, it indicates transaxle model KM175.
