Valve Body: Disassembly

  1. Remove solenoid valves. Remove manual valve. Remove valve stopper and clamp. Remove N-D control sleeve and valve. Remove lower valve body and separator plate.
  2. Remove relief spring, 2 steel balls and oil filter from intermediate plate. See Fig 1 and Fig 2 . Remove intermediate plate and upper separator plate. Remove Teflon ball and 3 steel balls from upper valve body. Remove 2 stopper plates. Remove block and upper separation plate.
  3. Remove rear end cover, 1-2 shift valve, spring, shift control plug and valve from upper valve body. Remove front end cover, springs and valves from upper valve body. Remove pin, stopper, plug, spring and end clutch valve from lower valve body. Remove end cover, valves and springs.
