Removal & Installation (Sonata)

  1. Raise and support vehicle. Remove front wheel. Remove caliper assembly torque plate bolts at steering knuckle. Remove caliper assembly and wire up out of the way. Check rotor specifications. See DISC BRAKE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  2. Remove axle shaft hub nut. Remove rotor. To install rotor, reverse removal procedure. Tighten axle shaft hub nut and caliper assembly torque plate bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
